Refund policy

At Fabrico, we strive to provide high-quality clothing and excellent service. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • In their original packaging with tags attached.

⚠️ Important: If the wrong size was chosen by the customer, we cannot accept the return. Only store-related errors (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product) are eligible.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email contact@fabricoclothing.com within 7 days. Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • Reason for return or exchange

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions once approved.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Record a video while unboxing the package as proof.
  • Send the video and photos to returns@fabricoclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Cover the return and replacement shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if Fabrico made a mistake in your order (wrong size, wrong item, or defect).

If the wrong size was ordered by the customer, the item is not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items that are worn, washed, or missing original packaging/tags.
  • Orders with customer error in choosing sizes or styles.

7. Shipping Costs

  • For returns or exchanges due to store fault, Fabrico will shoulder the shipping costs.
  • For any customer-requested exchanges (if approved), the customer covers shipping costs.
