Return Policy

At Fabrico, we strive to provide high-quality clothing and excellent service. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • In their original packaging with tags attached.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at contact@fabricoclothing.com within the 7-day period.
  • Provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the item(s)
    • Reason for return or exchange (e.g., wrong size, defect, etc.)

We will provide instructions and the return shipping address once the return is approved.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the item is damaged or defective, please:

    1. Record a video while unboxing the package as proof of the issue.
    2. Submit the video and photos showing the damage to returns@fabricoclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will:

    • Provide a replacement or full refund (your choice).
    • Cover the return and replacement shipping fees.

 

4. Exchanges

  • If the size is incorrect or you’d like a different style:
    • The item must meet the return eligibility criteria (see Section 1).
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for the return and the replacement item.

 

5. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and credited to the original payment method.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items that are worn, washed, or without original tags and packaging.

 

7. Shipping Costs

  • For non-damaged returns or exchanges, customers shoulder the return shipping fees.
  • Use a trusted courier with a tracking option to ensure safe delivery.
